How to open your ebook on any device

Your purchase arrives as one email with a PDF and an EPUB attached. Here's how to get either one open on what you actually read on.
Kindle
Kindle doesn't open EPUB directly. Use Amazon's free Send to Kindle app or website, upload the EPUB, and it converts and delivers itself to your device over Wi-Fi within a few minutes. The PDF can be sent the same way if you'd rather keep the fixed layout.
Kobo and other e-readers
Kobo reads EPUB natively — connect the device by USB and drag the file into its books folder, or use the Kobo desktop app to transfer it wirelessly.
iPhone and iPad
Tap the EPUB attachment and choose Open in Books — Apple's Books app reads EPUB natively and it stays in your library from then on. For the PDF, Books or the Files app both work.
Android
Install a free EPUB reader (Google Play Books accepts uploaded EPUBs) or open the PDF directly in Google Drive or any PDF viewer.
Mac and Windows
The PDF opens in any browser or PDF reader with no extra software. For the EPUB, Apple Books (Mac) or a free desktop reader like Calibre (either platform) both work well, and Calibre can also convert the file if a specific device needs a different format.
If something goes wrong

| No email arrived | Check spam and promotions, then contact us with the purchase email — we resend within one business day. |
| Download link expired | Open your store library with the purchase email — every order stays there permanently. |
| EPUB won't open on Kindle | Kindle needs the file sent through Send to Kindle first — opening the raw file directly doesn't work. |
