Refund policy

Ebooks are digital downloads and are non-refundable once the file has been delivered — this is standard for instant digital delivery, since the download itself cannot be "returned."

Exceptions we do honor: you were charged twice for the same order, the file you received was genuinely corrupted or unreadable, or you bought the wrong license tier by mistake and haven't yet exceeded it. Contact us within 7 days with your order email and we'll sort it out.
